The collection How Water Shapes Land, by Obra Gris, was shot by Pablo Cambronero at the margins of the San Juan River in Nicaragua. The concept for the collection was built around the eventualities of a conflict that resurfaced between 2009 and 2011 dealing with the ownership of the river. Pieces of the collection where brought to the site and became portraits of the inhabitants of the river. The series was exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Design in San José, Costa Rica in 2012.
